Speculative invoicing and Porn and Piracy

I am aware of TCYK LLC, a US-based crowd aiming to extract your cash from people who have alleged to have downloaded the Robert Redford movie 'The Company You Keep' and yesterday the porn industry waded in.

These companies are Sunlust Pictures; Combat Zone Corporation; Pink Bonnet;and Consultores de Imagem LDA. They seem to have instructed Mircom International Content Management & Consulting Ltd (MICM), who seems to have been appointed to send out letters to Virgin Media customers.
