So whilst he remains at the wheel and is doing a fine job he may face a tricky case in the event that he does sue PP (Dont think he will tbh he will be offered a nice sum payable to charity for it to go away). 

I say this as we do not have any personality laws or IPR in somone's image in the UK. Ole can seek to protect his likeness by relying on the traditional passing off or trade mark infringement, data protection, the law of confidence and pershaps advertising regulations.
