Injunction to remain

The Applicant's QC Desmond Browne told the supreme court: “This case has been hailed by some as the death knell of the privacy injunction. We hope that reports of its death have been greatly exaggerated.” The incident took place some 4 years ago and the celebrity's children would be devasted. No date was given and the injunction will continue in force in the meantime.

If the event took place four years ago, before the children were born ( I dont know) how on earth can it be in the public interest to disclose this? That said it does seem silly that if you are in Sotland or the US you can find out who the applicant is. Bottom line who cares?
