Search engine giants Google are in a dispute with a Chinese search engine called 'Goojje'.

Google are no stranger to controversy in China with various disputes around limiting access to certain materials and in fact access at all.

Goojje is run by a Beijing bases company and makes use of similar colours and logo for what is essentially a website that combines searches of both Google and Baidu (another of Google's rivals). Under UK trade mark law such use would almost certainly constitute trade mark infringement, the issue here is what rights Google have in China.
