Jody advises and acts for clients in respect of all areas of intellectual property and commercial law. He has particular experience in respect of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters, domain name disputes, comparative advertising matters and registered design matters. 

Jody has acted on a variety of legal projects for clients including unregistered trade mark and passing off disputes, trade mark infringement disputes as well as branding and trade mark portfolio management for well known household brands. He also has experience in dealing with matters in the County Court and acting for clients in relation to the registration of foreign Judgments in the High Court of England & Wales.

Jody has authored many legal and IP articles and has also had various articles published in major legal journals.  

Jody also holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) with Merit from Southampton Solent University.
