Izaz Ali undertakes contentious and non-contentious matters. He specializes in commercial contracts and licencing agreements at all levels including E-commerce, media and entertainment contracts, company sale/purchases, and employment matters.

Over the years, Izaz Ali has gained valuable experience in commercial litigation as well as in commercial and foreign contract and debt recovery matters. Izaz has handled a variety of litigation matters including breach of contract claims and foreign debt recovery. Izaz has attained the Higher Rights of Audience in qualification in stages 1 and 2 (commercial law).

Izaz Ali acts for a number of high-profile companies and household brand names as well as for local businesses and start-ups. Izaz formed and is acting chair for a business advisory group consisting of (among others); a bank manager, an accountant, a legal advisor, and a marketing/PR advisor. The aim of this professional group is to offer a value added service in terms of advice and assistance to existing clients of their other practices.

Well regarded for his lateral thinking and solution focused skills, Izaz Ali has delivered guest lectures at a local university and in other venues. Author of many legal, IP and IT articles, Izaz prides himself on providing relevant and cost effective solutions for his clients.
