Nokia and Apple lock horns over patent infringement claims
Nokia and Apple are in dispute over patents infringement (who is infringing whose patent) and on Tuesday of this week Nokia lodged a further complaint with the US International Trade Commission.
In its complaint to the US International Trade Commission, Nokia is alleging that Apple infringes seven Nokia patents "...in virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players and computers"...
The alleged patent infringement relates to some key features in Apple's line up of products including user interface, camera, antenna and power management technologies.
