Mobile Operator 3 allows the cancellation of contracts

The mobile operator 3 has announced that it shall let its broadband customers cancel their contracts or receive a discount if their local 3G mobile broadband services are too poor to support basic web browsing and email.

All mobile operators are under pressure with issues of this nature as the networks were geared up for

basic web browsing and email and not video streaming or other high-bandwidth usage functions which is what has happened.
