Stern Settles Defamation Claim out of Court

It has been reported this week that Howard K. Stern has settled his dispute with the Hachette Book Group in relation to the recent defamation claim.

It was reported that Howard Stern, the former partner of the late Anna Nicole Smith, took action against the Hachette Book Group and TV reporter Rita Cosby after accusations were made in the book 'Blonde Ambition; The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smiths Death, regarding his sexuality.

Howard Stern was believed to have sought compensatory damages as well as punitive damages and it is reported that this matter has now been settled out of court.
