The UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has published its response to its consultation on a new fast-track trade mark registration system, operating in parallel with the current system. We welcome the introduction of a fast-track service. The IPO intends to introduce the new system, in the same form as it proposed, on 6 April 2008.
