International and UK Trademark Classifications
When applying to register a International or UK Trademark we ask our clients to provide us with a list of all the goods and/or services which the mark will be used in relation to. The goods and/or services fall into specific classifications.
The following list of classifications give a basic description about the types of goods and services which belong to each class. This list is not definitive, it is merely an accurate guide to determine which classes are needed for registration and trademark search in the UK or internationally. However part of our service to our clients is to draft the perfect classifications so if you cannot fine what fits, do not worry and please contact us.
