Should a claim be more complex then lawyers in our Litigation department will assist and will agree their costs of doing so directly with you.
Its not easy to precisely define court fees but the Lawdit’s litigation service can offer fixed fees wherever we can.
Uncontested debt collection charges ie no dispute and the debtor is unwilling to pay!
Per debtor:-
1. Seven day letter of demand receiving your instructions, immediately sending seven day letter of demand receiving response and/or payment and reporting
to you £25.00
2.Pre-litigation correspondence with you/others or debtor;
telephone conversations with you/debtor or others
regarding claim or compromise £10 each (up to max of £150)
We will collect only the first three instalments under any instalment arrangement or agreement approved by you at no additional cost. Thereafter, the debtor will be
directed to continue to pay any further instalments direct to you or, we are happy to collect further instalments on your behalf at a charge of £7.50 + VAT
for each instalment payment collected.

Claims under £5000 effectively mean the above costs are non refundable even if you win!!

15. Fixed solicitors costs claimed on the issue of the Claim Form, Judgment and Enforcement will be billed on recovery or upon your instructions to close the file.

£5000 and above = £100
Judgment fixed costs between £22 and £40
